Check out the interactice map of our local history books! This interactive map allows you to see the local history books representing Alberta and the Peace Country of British Columbia. It showcases the approximate borders contained in the history books.

The dots on the map are the district names as defined by a book, while the polygons are the names of the books. Clicking on a district gives the names of the books.

Note that certain books overlap in certain districts. Large gaps in coverage do not necessarily indicate that these books do not exist, but that we do not have them in our inventory. If a new community history book enters our possession, the map will be updated accordingly.
